Stopex helps you to quit smoking. Set your target date and gradually reduce number of cigarettes smoked daily till you stop.  Select 'Oops, I smoke' each time you smoke a cigarette. Select 'My Progress' to get number of cigarettes that you can still smoke. Select 'Motivation' -> 'Daily fact' for information on the harm smoking makes you. Select 'Motivation' -> 'Increase in life expectancy' to learn about increase in life expectancy according to your age and sex. Select 'Motivation' -> 'Money saving' to calculate how much you save if you quit smoking (according to the data you provide). Select 'Setting/Reset' to change your settings. Select 'About' to learn more about Stopex.
